dc.descriptionThe intent of this paper is to reflect my team’s successes and failures in managing Mercury Shoes during the SIM’s four years and five rounds and evaluate my abilities to successfully do so. This assessment includes some discussion of the strategy, mission and values, externalities and conclusion. In this simulation I form a part of a team management consulting to support Mercury shoes to achieve specific goals such as increasing stock performance, revenue, and EBITDA by 10 - 15% and doubling top line revenue.es
