In this research the synthesis of poly gallic acid (PGAL), iron oxide nanoparticles (IO NPs), graphene oxide and IO NPs functionalized with PGAL in situ and post is presented, as a way for the creation of new nanocomposites with possible semiconductive and biomedical applications. Between both methods of IO NPs functionalization, the one with the best results of conductivity is the in-situ method, enhancing PGAL’s performance. Furthermore, the growth inhibition of S. cerevisiae and E. coli was tested negative as possible biomedical application due to large reactives concentration during culture growth.es_MX
